Chicken Pesto Soup
Ingredients
- 32 oz low sodium chicken stock
- 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1/4 cup dry orzo pasta
- 1/4 cup fresh pesto
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- If preferred, precook pasta for a clearer soup
- In a 1 gallon pot mix all of the ingredients
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 12 minutes
