Chicken Taco Meat
Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup canned salsa
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons taco seasoning
Instructions
- Oil up a slow cooker crock and add the chicken and the salsa, cover and cook on low for eight hours
- Drain most of the liquid off and shred the chicken with two forks
- Add the remaining ingredients and let rest for half an hour before serving
