Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 100 grams bread flour
- 80 grams milk
- 2 grams salt
- 2 grams yeast
- 1 gram sugar
- 1 gram garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- oil up a medium size bowl and mix all ingredients until a shaggy ball forms
- stretch plastic wrap over the top of the bowl and let rise on the counter for eight hours, or refrigerate for two or more days
- knead dough into a soft sticky ball (you may need flour for dusting) and let rise an additional two hours
- stretch dough into an oiled pan or across a pizza screen, and let dough rest for twenty minutes before cooking
- cook on high heat until golden brown, or cook however you want really
