Stuffed Pepper Soup

Recipe is for 1 pint jar - scale to however many you want to make.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Raw pack meat into bottom of jar.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Fill with broth to 1 inch of headspace.
  4. Debubble and adjust level.
  5. Clean jar rims with ethanol and tighten on lids.
  6. Pressure can 75 minutes for pints or 90 minutes for quarts, both with 15 pound weight.
  7. Remove rings and test seal when cool.
  8. When ready to eat, heat and serve over rice.
